I Am Muslim Too Rally

Let me start by saying sorry for just getting the time to post this. Business life has been crazy lately, having employees is stressful.

Any way I was forwarded an interesting email from Tayyib Smith, 215 Magazine/Little Giant, with the title “I AM MUSLIM TOO//NYC//MARCH 6″. It has been so busy lately that all I read are my daily emails & text messages, so I was a little clueless on what was going on. So I Googled the “King Hearings”, which are hearing focused on the radicalization of American Muslims and home grown terror threat. After reading several articles on the subject I thought the reasoning behind the hearings were unfair and unjust. I wanted to be involed in some way so Phillyscreen printed about 100 shirts and traveled to NYC to be apart of the Rally.

Meet Our Neighbors: Dan’s Bar Crawl

At the end of the week last week we received a last minute order because one our close friends in the silk-screening world, T-House Inc., had a horrific fire on New Years. T-House referred us to Dan’s friend George who wanted to get shirt made for their night out. The shirts came out amazing on such sort notice and here are some picture from their night out. When I say last minute I mean last minute, we literally finished the shirt minutes before the night out.

P.S. We wish T-House speedy recovery from the fire and our prays go out to you guys. You guys have been very supportive to us over the years so we can only do the same in your in your time of need.

Meet Our Neighbors: Big Charlie’s Saloon

Nestled in the heart of South Philly at 11th & Mckean is one of the most unique sports bars in the country. Big Charlie’s Saloon is a Philadelphia sports bar dedicated solely to the Kansas City Chiefs. The unusual dedicated has drawn visits by Chiefs players, coaches and even GMs. Some of the visits include Derrick Thomas, Dick Vermeil, Scott Pioli and NFL Network.
